Steps To Booking My Services

Before the consultation

Determine your ceremony location.

Determine the date and specific time of your ceremony.

Call or email me to confirm my availability. I will set up a date and time for an initial consultation. This consultation will allow us to meet and to better determine the kind of ceremony that would be perfect for you. My contact information appears on the side bar of this website and my contact page. 

At the consultation

We will discuss the kind of ceremony you would like to have, i.e. traditional, contemporary, or a simple ceremony.

We will review all the possible components for your ceremony using our online resources. We will discuss, what you, as a couple, would like to incorporate into your ceremony. i.e. vow options, ring exchange options, music, readings etc.

If you decide you would like to use my services, I require a non-refundable deposit along with my online booking contract. This will confirm your date and time. I accept cash, email money transfer, VISA or MasterCard.

After the consultation

I need you to determine the components for your ceremony. In order to make the ceremony intimate and personal I encourage you to choose your own vows as well as other special components such as readings and music. If this is all too overwhelming, I can choose the ceremony for you. 

Once you have worked out the details for your ceremony, email me with this information. Let me know if you will have any special components such as the exchange of roses or a unity candle. I am very flexible and want the ceremony to reflect your personality as a couple and the love you have for each other.

If you determine you would like a rehearsal, contact me to set the date and time. There is an additional fee for me to conduct a reheasal. Please see my fees page for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: more and more couples are forgoing the rehearsal for the following reasons:
  • Many wedding venues are not able to accommodate a rehearsal the evening before a ceremony because of other scheduled events.
  • Outside weddings often do not be set up until the morning of the ceremony. This means that there will be no music, chairs etc. with which to practice.
  • Wedding ceremonies are becoming more and more simple, thus a rehearsal is not necessary. Many couples simply give instructions as the day approaches.
  • There are additional costs to having a rehearsal.
